This month we continue our theme of “Still Rise”  with our special guest , S. Lee Merritt, Esq! He’s an influential voice in the Black Community, known as “the people’s lawyer” fighting for Social Justice as a Civil Right’s attorney and activist. In this episode, we discuss the importance of people, political and economic power.   While most of the world should be enjoying  their summer, the Black community continues to fight off  two viruses, COVID-19 and racism!

Actively participate and engage in your local city council
Vote in all elections
Serve if you’re elected for Jury duty
